I’m wondering if you don’t have a grounding issue, in the harness that feed these , something was left unhooked , I’d pop the hood and study it closely

For one, it seems the throttle position sensor is wonky. A mechanic should be able to test it.

I also agree that a grounding issue might be in play here.

Interesting that you both say there might be a grounding issue. One of the mechanics who worked on the truck in my effort to get rid of that stupid warning lights temper tantrum that the truck had (and still has unfortunately) mentioned a grounding issue and made a new ground to see if that would help. It didn't, but the engine does have more than one ground now. I will check the connector if I can. It is hard for me to reach the engine.

I do want to spend the extra money and get a Motorcraft part this time as I have read elsewhere that the Chinese parts are not very good.
