Crank No Start
I have a 96 F250 that will not start. I’ve installed fresh batteries. I’ve installed a new IPR a new CPS, a new relay for the IDM and new valve cover gaskets with integrated wiring harness. I think I’ve narrowed it down to something electrical. I get 12 V to the harness outside the valve cover, but I do not get 12 V to the injector connector. I’ve checked this on both the new and old valve cover gasket. The voltage I get on the injector connector is 0.26. Is this my problem or is there something else?

You have several things goin on
Biggest pain is you have air in the HPOP system now. Its going to take a bit to remove with a lot of cranking.
For injectors issue. Ohm out your harness from the 42 pin connector.
