throttle pedal issues
New to this site and looking for help into solving a throttle pedal problem.
Lost action about a year ago. Changed pedal then ECM. A few weeks ago, lost pedal action. Replaced new pedal, disconnected OD wires (as instructed by Ford dealer Mech) dead pedal. On 4th pedal now,
I have all dash working, fuse #45 not blowing, change connector plug at pedal, checked wiring from ECM to fuse box , pedal connector and beyond.
What voltage should be at pin 1 on a fixed pedal. Doorman #669-203. I have 12 v with ign. on. 5 v on pin 5.
Pin 2 receiving slightly ground to chassis.
Ohm pin 3 to 4 I get 1093 idle to 2570 WOT. pin 3 to 5 is 2712 idle to 1280 WOT.
I have checked & rechecked every plugin from rear to front.
What could be causing the pedal malfunction.
Pushing 550,000 miles. Love this truck. I have changed 4 pedals now, ECM a year ago, searched every possible wiring problem from rear end speed sensors to trans shiftier. Checked all components in engine bay. I have ran ohm test from pedal to fuse box, ECM, I have mechanical skills and now searching for any leads of direction.
Could it be possible anything on trans or deferential? My next test will be trailer connection wiring.
After reviewing many sites, I have a 9 pin connector for a dorman 699-203 pedal for 2002 f250 7.3 diesel.
Pin #6 shows hot from ign, red/yel wire. I am getting 12 volt at pin #6. Is that correct voltage or should be 5 volts?
I have traced all wiring to ECM and fine no shorting using ohm testing.
Put new accelerator pedal in, starts, have pedal response, test drive, after 100 feet, fuse #45 blows.
Now fuse does not blow.
Brown/wht wire has 5 volt. Yellow/wht wire shows ground to body.
Is there a voltage resistor somewhere in the system I am not finding for pin #6?

Pedal was connected. Starts, runs fine until I drive about 200 ft, blows fuse #45 sometimes. No pedal response after that. replace pedal to try another.
I have spent all day unwrapping harness from rear end to trans. checking each plugin at sensors. No breaks in wiring. Started in engine bay found maybe a brown wire at connector going to engine sensors going to fuel delivery. Will try deeper with ohm testing each wire from ECM plug to each sensor.
Using Dorman 669-203 pedals, only one I could find locally. I changed pedal connector, matched wires perfectly.
Thank You for responding.

Should I reconnect the OD wiring or leave off? Mach. at Ford dealership told me to leave off. Don't really need to reconnect.
Ohm out the following wiring and found that : Pin #6 - red /yellow = 12 volt in ign. on
Pin# 7 - red / Lt green = IVS going to ECM plug #10
Pin # 8 - Gray / wht = AP/ITC signal going to ECM #89
Pin # 9 - Yellow /wht = Ground going to ECM # 24
Pin #10 - Brown / wht = VREF going to ECM # 90
A friend has a better scanner I will put on to try to locate more info from ECM.
An update on my problem with the accelerator pedal not working after replacing 5 times.
I pulled front driver tire & fender well to get assess to IDM, After checking each wire carefully, I found a green/ red ( ground wire) had chafed not making complete contact. The ohms read correct but could not handle the load needed. I traced it back to the pedal and ECM to make sure where it went, After weeks of tracing wires, I hope any information I have listed will help others on their problems. Truck starts, runs fine and have no other issues.
