When I started my quest to fix my cab vents, I had to pull my rear bench seat and the storage bin. Since I hardly ever look behind my bench seat, I had this sitting in the storage tray...
It's a blanket or "throw" (roughly 3' x 5') that came with the truck. Even though it had been behind the seat for 25+ years, it still was in perfect condition and didn't smell!
Anyway, I thought some of you may get a kick out of this...
That's cool. Do you still have a VCR? I hate to admit it, but I still do (in a box in the garage).
I do not...I got rid of my last VCR at some point within the last 15-20 yrs IIRC. Wife said I would never use it again and it needed to go...same with an old cassette deck. I don't even think we have a DVD player anymore besides the youngest boys PS4.
few years ago I gave away a couple reel to reels. Sadly we are all digital now...or I should say wireless, not sure what the proper term is. we are streamers. crazy how times have changed.
Remember when there was no internet or GPS. I don't know how we got around so easily, now GPS makes it even easier. Generations that only know the digital world would be lost if GPS/ internet shut down.
anyway, back on track. I'll have to see if I still have that VCR tape or if I finally tossed it. It was never opened either
GPS will get you lost in a hearbeat, if you are not aware of where you "should be" going.
looking at Google and planning your trip, and then setting the Destination into your GPS, does NOT give you the same route 100% of the time.
I like to make a note of the Intersections where I need to change to a different road, GPS wants to make all Right Hand turns, or take a "short cut" and you are in the weeds fast.
