Power steering problems

I'm having problems with my power steering foaming over, I've replaced the power steering pump and the power steering gear and I have a new high pressure line can't seem to get it to work, no matter what I do, I've done 20 times lock to lock, I've turned it. Over to take the air out without it running. But as soon as I started, it foams up and flows over with no power. In the steering can anybody help me?I'm lost

Lock to lock with the engine off and the wheels on the air until the level no longer drops. Then you start the engine and cycle the wheel back and forth immediately shutting off the engine if the pump starts to run dry. Is this what you are doing or something close to this? When you start the engine you are getting a lot of air in the system?

Ditch the stock pump. Look into a Saginaw swap. No more whining. Better pressure. Bleeds easy.

Never had any problem bleeding the Ford C2 pump. Pump noise varies - one can be totally quiet and the next you can hear three blocks away.

Type F is what Ford used but that isn’t causing an aeration problem. If I remember correctly, Type F doesn’t have as many additives for transmission clutches and seals

It sounds like you have an air ingestion problem on the suction side of the pump/

If a rebuilt pump, what fluid type did the instructions call for?

Any chance of posting what it is you are working on?

Dexter/merc is what I used I'm switching it to typef everything but the return line is new it 2nd pump When I\n Crank it over with the coil wire disconnected, it sucks the fluid down and I refill it, then when I start it, it sucks it down until it vanishes in air bubbles appear overflows.
it's a 79 bronco
