Just curious, this 2005, the frame is solid. It has one rocker I'm getting repaired, but otherwise it's not bad. Has anybody sprayed anything on to convert rust and undercoat themselves?
I regularly use Fluid Film, Woolwax, Surface Shield, NH Oil Undercoating, CorrosionX and Krown. All good products. My current truck gets the entire chassis and inner panels applied each summer (the heat helps the oils creep) after a good washing and drying. The only downside is the mess during application and after when you work on your truck.

Definitely agree with you on the mess. I’ve also had issues with the aerosol Surface Shield stuff clogging. Most times I couldn’t get the can to empty because of this which IMO is wasting money. Went back to Fluid Film cans. No issue at all with those.
