The main thing it's not up to par with what you plan to use it for. Since your truck is a F250 your frontend is leag sprung. Find a F350 with the solid D60 that'll swap right into place and you'll be good to go.
With a 250, you have a Dana 50 TTB if I recall correctly. Not exactly the strongest axle. A DAna 60 is the way to go but they are expensive, up to $1000 a pop from the boneyards here. I've saeen 'em go for $2k with no hesitation.
its IFS i had a dif place run the # and u can see both side of the axle in side the big axles( u see one on the front and the or in the back) also u look on the back and u can see the pivet point. Its a funny set up but ford only had it for lik 2 years then stopped or thats what ford said this is the first ive seen of it.

Correct, it's a Twin Traction Beam (IFS) Dana 50. Don't know if you have auto hubs, but those will be the first to go. Put in some premium Warns and you'll be good to go, to a certain extent. If your really gonna put huge tires (44's) or if this is gonna be your daily driver, then your probably gonna want the 60.
