Ford Pass app down after update?

Ford Pass app down after update?
I wanted to remote start the 24 F350 yesterday for the DW to be warm and when I tried to pull up the app on my Iphone it was locked up and wouldn't do anything but spin and wait. I turned the phone off and back on just to refresh the software because the phone had updated the night before. Now the app doesn't know who I am and I have to log in. After logging in it knows who I am but doesn't recognize the truck and wants me to scan the VIN just like the first time when the salesman signed me into the app. Anyone have any ideas about what is going on before I start doing things that make it worse?

thanks for the reply, the app updated last week and that is what started the problem. I checked to make sure both the app and the Iphone were updated and tried to add the truck like it asked me to. I also tried to do a chat with Ford (ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha) so much for AI usefulness. I ended up deleting the app from my phone and re-starting the process with a clean install and after signing in everything seems to work. I guess just a technology clash.
