Ford specified Champion H-9 plugs. Most now run the next temperature up, an H-10, which crosses with the Autolite 216 for those which Champion has fallen out of favor.
Awesome is there anything you all recommend from the local auto parts store?
Rolls of Shop Towels (on sale), cleaning supplies (Rain-X, Meguire's, Mother's) automotive wiring connectors, etc. oil and filters. I think that's about all. O, wait, wiper blades for the daily drivers, and a brake light switch for my '56 Effie that has upgraded power brakes courtesy of a Corvette master cylinder and a Vega/C-10 brake booster. Most everything else is ordered from a speed shop (Summit, Speedway, etc.), specialty store (CPP, Dennis Carpenter, Bob Drake, etc.), welding supplier, or automotive paint supplier. Good luck on your project. Happy Holidays!
Honestly, there's plenty of parts you can get locally that will be as good or better quality than ordering the same parts from the mail order places. It all comes from the same offshore suppliers, and you don't have to pay shipping or wait a week for it to show up. Brakes, suspension parts, mechanical things can be sourced locally. For ignition parts, visit your local NAPA store and order their top of the line products. Their bottom line cheap stuff will be what LMC will send you.

I think things got of the road as I expect that the ask implied what spark plug wires to get locally as an alternative to the Brillman offering suggested.
