Keypad Lock Upgrade?
If yours had more remotes programmed than allowed, they may have had to clear your other remotes and programmed them all together.

That must’ve been it, too many remotes programmed.
TIP: The video has you remove the interior door handle. You do not need to do this. You can slip the door handle through the door panel without removing the handle mechanism from the cable. The video also has you remove the door lock barrel from the slide rod. You also do not need to do this. Simply detach the locking clip that holds the barrel in place on the old door handle mechanism. Take the entire barrel out of the handle with the slide rod intact. Much easier this way, and you do not risk breaking the plastic retaining clip.
My hunch was correct. Once I had the interior door panel removed, I peeled back the moister barrier and clipped inside the door frame was the male keypad cable connector with protective cap. Very much like the trailer brake controller cable that I am using for my aftermarket brake controller. Once I plugged in the new keypad and re-assembled everything, the keypad is dead. It must be enabled in the SJB Module. I used Forscan to do this, and have attached an instruction manual for assistance. I did not need to re-program the pin to unlock the vehicle. This entire project started with me finding the keypad code card in the user manual. Why would Ford include a keypad code for a vehicle that didn't have a keypad? Simplicity for the manufacturing process most likely. All these vehicles are built to have the same interior options, however some are either disabled, not completely installed, or both. In this case the keypad was disabled and not installed.
The entire project took a little over an hour to do. The hardest part was figuring out which hex code to change, as FORScan did not provide an user friendly setting for this option. Be sure to backup your data with FORScan first, and screenshots help as well. I did both.
Hopefully this helps someone that is interested in doing the same thing I did. It works awesome!
