I have an average 6300lbs on the rear axle of my ‘24 f350. Cat scales tell me it is 6360 with a full tank of gas, water & propane. I have installed 2” blocks as a temporary measure to keep from bottoming out. I’m looking at air bags that have a 6,400lb rating. I’d remove the 2” blocks and use the bags from Logiqair. What does the 6400lb capacity specifically mean. Will they do the job? Thanks.
I've got the ReadyAir Logiq bags on my F350,, You actually remove the overload spring off the F350 when you put the bags on. So basically I have a F250 set of springs and the dual air bags.
They are a GREAT product. Softer ride when empty ( no Overload springs) and yet they carry the weight when I air them up when under load. And I'm often at 7,000 on my rear axl and only running the bags at 60 psi. So lots of room for more air.
I ran for two years with no problems at all. Last summer my controller stopped working ( blue tooth to the phone) and they sent me out a new one. I've been chasing a small leak every since. Just every couple days, I need to open the app and have it air up the bags. I just need to take an afternoon and replace the push on fittings and probably cut new ends on the tubing and fix the leak.
Put some Timbrens on there in 15 minutes and never have to deal with them again.
how are they made? What is the mechanism of them? Is it a really strong coil spring encased in rubber? Can’t find a whole lot of info on them other than sales pitches and guys that are loading 2,000. - 2,500lbs way less than maximum. I’m at just under the payload of 4,000 lbs. If you can tell me, no problem, no sagging, etc, with 6300+ lbs on the rear axle I might bite.

They're basically oversized bump stops. My brother tried them on one of his former super duty’s. He hated them. When they come into action your truck feels like you are riding on the axle housing. It’s a very ruff ride. Personally I would use air bags or RAS.

. Ya- I saw that they were nothing more than HD bumps stops. Cracks me up when people ignore OPs questions.
