Door alignment - How do I fix this?

My passenger door I have to close pretty hard to get it to close all the way and it has been 6 years since the seals were installed.
I dont mine the extra slam but it also moves the damn mirror and I cant use it and that is a PITA as I pull a trailer so have to adjust it a lot.

You need to check also to see if you have plastic around the pin before you adjust it.
