Good morning to all ye fine cowboys, Veterans & Patriots.....

Dark and 30°F ..... Coffee mug in hand and becoming alive.......

Busy day; Home Depot this morning. Then the hand surgery at 1430 this afternoon.... Ouch !

Good morning cowboys, Veterans & Patriots......

I am alive.....
The hand surgery went well.........
The Doc believes I shouldn't have any problems.

Now that the local is long gone...... It HURTS..... I need my Mommy.....
I am supposed to move my fingers..... Make a fist and then open my fingers. This hurts a bunch.....

I woke up about 0300..... Took some Tylenol-3. Not helping much.
I have tried an ice pack. Helps a little.

I think today is going to be a down day...... Nap day.....

Take care my friends.....

Some/many times the recovery hurts more than the surgery. Have some oxy if needed , Roy. Not recommended because it binds you up.

I also have Percocet 7.5...... Yes, I fight with that problem all the time.

I am going to try some soon.

Watch those narcos... Don't develop a habit. Easy to do, so I hear. Harder to shake it. I've had enough surgeries to know that Tylenol does well enough for me on most things. Only use the heavy hitters when absolutely necessary.

Wrap up my hand in a plastic bag so I could jump it the shower.....
Afterward I changed the bandage on my hand.

Good Evening Gentlemen.........

Another laid back day..... Trying to be a good boy and let the hand heal. It is more swollen today.

I did get two light fixtures up-dated...... Ceiling can light in the shower/tub upstairs and ceiling can light in the shower downstairs.

The plan is to get more active tomorrow......

If you can get her here from Texas........ Go for it .....

It is after 0900 and I am still sitting on my butt in my recliner with two little doggies curled up with me......
I slept in until 0700....
See....... I am being a good boy.... For now....
