I have a 99 F-350 C&C 4x4 with a v10. I rebuilt the 4r100 & installed the tugger kit. Now my 2-3 shift doesn't kick in until over 5,000rpm's. I have not found any fluid flow charts to try to figure that out yet. But AI did give me a TR1-TR4 on/off chart. Being forscan will give me the values, they are not matching 100%. But I have not been able to find a Ford chart yet to confirm it.
Park match
R - TR 1, 3, 4 do not match
N - TR 3 doesn't match
D - TR 3, 4 don't match
M2 - TR 1, 3, 4 don't match
M1 - TR 2, 3 don't match.
Would you replace the switch? Forscan still always show the correct gear. So, tring to figure out if it is the switch or a bad chart. The ATSG manuel only gives you the pin out on page 11, no the ODBII chart.
