no codes at all. Im using a normal obd2 scanner
says DTCs in this ecu=124 idk what that is or if thats normal. Currently doing a live data on the scanner and it’s reading 0 absolute throttle position, 0gs air flow rate from mass air flow,-40 coolant temp, 650rpms idle or so, 0psi fuel rail pressure, -64BTDC ignition timing cylinder 1, intake air temp -40, intake manifold absolute pressure 0,
Three crossed dont exist on our engine. Those are for a gasser.
Air intake -40 isnt good. Can disconnect sensor.
Boost only 5. You may have boost leaks which affect power. Exhaust sie stick leaf blower on tail pipe and soap up the pipes.
For intake need a fernco coupling and reducers to 1/4 inch to put 20 PSI from a compresor and soak down the intake with soapy water
i don't believe i have any boost leaks. previous owner had it hood stacked so its hard to hear if anything really goes wrong lol. but its kinda as if the pcm is just telling the truck don't do anymore. that's how it feels anyways. like it just hits a wall after 2500rpm and just don't go anymore. this barometric sensor is the only code the truck has so gonna swap that and see what happens, if that don't help ill check for boost leaks and unplug the air intake sensor. I just got the truck and the guy didn't mention anything other than the range sensor being bad. Something else to mention, anything under 50 degree F truck will crank for 1-5 minutes and pour the white smoke and i get a white haze until its warmed up. not sure if that's a normal thing. I'm not familiar with these 7.3s. Has new glow plugs, glow plug selonoid, new map sensor, new vss sensor, new range sensor and im down to just the boost/performance fault code and the map/barometric sensor fault. replaced map and that code came back thats why i am not changing the baro sensor. Ill be honest when i got it my buddy incisted on attempting a burnout and it did in really great. That is the only time the truck ran perfect and boosted. got 15lbs of boost and it spun. just a little 5 second so it didnt hurt nothing but i dont understand why it loved that but wont drive normally. Im still waiting for the baro sensor to arrive this week

lots of white smoke under 50 could be glowplugs are not working or starter isnt spinning at 200 RPM
Baro can be removed and it will run at sea level settings.
no power over 2500, that where the power is supposed to be.
WIll need to mintor IPR% duty cycle, RPM, ICP and pedal % on a run
i dont have the resources to be able to monitor these things, i have a P1111 system normal code now. Trans doesnt kick anymore after barometric sensor replacement but it still will not boost over 5-6lbs. If i floor it or pull a hill and it kicks down it has no power. It will kick down rpms will go to about 2500 but it just wont boost and wont pull up the mountain hardly. I can open a new thread sense the trans issue is fixed. I took a live data on my scanner and got some info at idle. if any is needed
