Speedometer off

I recently changed rear end gears from 3/55 to 4/10 for towing purposes, now speedo is off by 10 phone. How do I recalibrate the speedo.

Don’t go overboard with your towing now. There’s a lot more that goes into towing cap ratings than a 15% RPM bump.

Back in the day, we just made a simple chart to stick on the dash, etc. A reminder. Or we changed a speedo drive gear.

Now a days, depending on transmission, etc, it can affect shifts too.
