I was driving the other day and my ipr wires melted and I lost my injector clatter my scanner won’t read it’s throwing a code saying can’t connect to computer. I have checked fuses and relays. And my fuel pump also will not turn on. Any help will be appreciated I’m at a loss

Here's the schematic for PCM to dlc connector. I'm thinking as long as fuse 12 is ok u should get communication with PCM. It looks like circuits 3072 and 3073 are ur communication wires to dlc . If ur suspecting no communication to dlc those two wires will need to be connected to the dlc. If either of them has an open u wont be able to talk to the PCM with the scanner. So I'd check continuity at dlc to PCM. PCM connector 175 pins 13 and 14 to dlc connector pins 6 and 14. PCM pin 13 will need continuity with pin 6 at dlc and PCM pin 14 will need continuity with dlc pin 14. See attached schematic. 6.0l PCM to dlc

Fuse 22 is another important one for the PCM. Drag down the voltage on that circuit and the PCM will stop functioning. The fuel pump not coming on with the key is probably a hint that the PCM may not be commanding it.
ALSO - Low PCM voltage can come from problems external to the PCM.
OP - you need to post what year 6.0L you have. Check the fan clutch wires and the fan clutch connector (look for wiring issues).
There are a few other things that need to be checked that we can list later (including probing a few key wires for voltage when we know the year of the engine ...........).
I just dealt with a "no power to PCM" issue on one of the kid's 05 Escape. The car was running and just died when I put it into reverse. The ignition wouldn't even click when turning the key.
I had replaced the main engine harness and forgot to tighten the ground wire right next to the PCM. It threw all kinds of weird codes. Tightening that bolt fixed everything.

It’s an 05 and I know one of my fan clutch ones are cut
Disconnect the fan clutch connector and inspect the connector (and ALL wires) to make absolutely sure that you don't have wires shorting out against each other. Then see if the fuel pump comes on when you turn the key on (don't need to crank).
