Misfiring when reaches normal temperature.
I run a scan using the Forscan it gave me quite some interesting codes. I will upload them. The first time I did a scan, the PCM and TCM was having problems, and i got a new PCM the same problem. Now I was told that I might have a crack head.
Today I did a compression check and there no signs of low compression. I remove the injector plugs one by one, and they gave the same results.
I find the No 1 cylinder injector plug insulation was completely rooting and twisted.
Attach: you will find the Log.
I finally got some time to look at my pickup. it has if am not mistaken seven to eight months not driving. Most reason is I don't have much time at home am mostly out traveling.
The truck has several codes that looks like Russian to me. I tried to figure them out but too many to find the root cause.
After I could not make any progress, I tried something unusual hoping I did not cause any further problems to system. I disconnected the EGR plug and drove it with it being disconnected and the truck work good not full power, but it is a big deference.
If anyone come across something like this please, give me a hit what should be my next move in solving this strange to me problem.
The EGR is brand new I bought after I had the problem. I tried unplugging EBP sensor but no changes; only the EGR made a very big change while driving with it unplug.
Hope to hear soon.

P0046 high priority this code
VGT Fault is also forcing other egr code to set Ignore the EGR codes for now
p0046 turn charger boost control circut range/performance
P0046 is set when a short to ground, open, or short to power is identified in the VGTCV or wiring between the PCM and VGTCV. This circuit is a continuously monitored circuit that takes less than 1 second to set
Look over the Turbo VGT plug and harness coming off turbo for any damage make sure fully plugged in at turbo VGT valve and PCM plugs fully seated in PCM
I’ll try find more info
Ignore P0403 P0405 P1000 P0603 for now they should go away after repair when it successfully completes a drive cycle
