Does anyone know where I could get new of these brackets? They are where the bump stops mount. Frame is great, but these are rusted out. Not really sure what they are called, and I guess the purpose is to just reinforce the frame when overloaded?

I can't see the pic, but are you talking about the bracket above the rear axle? If so that is actually part of the bump stop. You can just fabricate a new one.
I was able to view it, not a normal jpeg file, screen jift. The bracket is part of the frame, riveted on. You would need to remove the rivets to start with, whether you find factory or not. I would replace it with some heavy angle iron if you can't find the reinforcing brackets.
