Spring busted though

Well hit a bump, and noticed a large knock from the pass side front end. Got home and noticed that the bracket coming off the frame where the shock and spring attach on the top side has rusted and completely gone though the bracket. So now the truck leans on the passenger side about 4 inches to low. I have noticed that this bracket is held on by factory rivets. Is there a trick to do this? This spring looks like it may be a pain in the rear. I have done both rear brackets on the frame but those where leaf springs. This looks like it may be hell. Any quick tips would be great!

u have to grind/cut the tops of the rivets off...then pound them out...fasten the new bracket with grade 8 nuts and bolts
