3rd brake light led light
I have a 2020 F250 XLT with the backup camera in the 3rd brake light on the cab. One of the LED's for the bed is going out and you can't replace just the LED strip. Ford wants $750 for an entire new unit. Dumb design, I guess. Anyone do an easy fix, or I will live without a bit of light. Another great engineered product.

I agree, that is a ridiculous price. My buddy has a '19 F250 KR, radio and running boards stopped working......took it in and two weeks later it was fixed foe $1800.00, some kind of module, but yay, now he has music........... lmao

Here’s aftermarket but looks similar to the OEM style. Maybe able to salvage the strips from this is you’re set on keeping the OEM housing.
