I need help
Im trying to find who bought my truck i crashed in may of this year in virginia insurance bought it then it was auctioned off i want to find it and buy it back so if you know anyone that has one like it just respond with the vin and ill see if it matches

Try autochecker or carfax. Those usually will at least tell you where it was last registered. But if it got wrecked and sold, it may be a parts vehicle and not get registered again.

Why not just move on and find another one that is in running order? If it was wrecked bad enough to scrap and now it's months after the fact, who knows what gremlins would poke their head up now?

Also, asking others to post their VIN seems problematic. If you want to post the VIN for the truck you are looking for, fine, but I am not sure others would be interested in posting theirs. As mentioned, you can search the VIN and see where it ended up. I did that last year for a car that was totaled. It ended up several hundred miles away.

I will not post my VIN,
but I did a search on a potential buy and CarFax ensured me that my '02 Excursion "seemed to" get regular Ford Maintenance every year of its' life.
that helped me in the decision to buy it.
