cab and chassis mahem
i learned today that my truck was sold as a cab and chassis 
(according to the vin when decoded on fordification.net) i was wondering if the bed was a dealer thing or if it was added by a previous owner. my truck does also have a dana 70 rear set up for drw it currently is a 76 f350 supercab srw 8' styleside i need help desifering the information i have.

i was asumeing the same although im dieing to know all i can about this truck but i gues when your the 6th or so owner some things are left a mystery i do wish it was still a duely

Just because your truck was sold as a "cab/chassis" doesn't mean that the truck was built as a dually! We order tons of cab/chassis SRW "bed delete" trucks at my work.
I would bet that your truck was sold that way and somewhere down the road the truck was turned back into a pickup with a simple bed swap.

He says it's SETUP FOR DRW... but currently it has SRW so he can still add a dual rear wheel if he wanted to...
