Tpms issue

2019 F350 diesel dually chassis cab. The driver side front tpms quit working. I ordered a new oem sensor online. I installed the new one after comparing it to the old one. I put the truck in relearn and started letting air out. (Yes I drove above 20mph for more than 2 minutes). The horn would never sound. I retried several times with no success. For ****s and giggles, I let the air out of the other front tire just to see if the truck would pick it up and it did. I called the parts place and asked them if the sensor had to be activated or something first and they said no, it's ready to go. They said that it probably is bad and they sent me a replacement. I put the new sensor on and it's still having the same issue. I really don't think the truck is the problem. The other five tire pressures show on my dash. I also have a hard time believing I received 2 faulty sensors. Any ideas or suggestions?

Go to a tire store and have them reset it with their TPMS scan tool.
They reset mine every time I get new tires and rotation.
