I have a 97 f350 CC. Bought the truck with a blown trans pump. Immediately rebuilt the trans completely since I had it out, new pump, transgo shift kit, tugger pump kit, new solenoid pack. Remounted the trans and it wouldn't engage, wouldn't do anything. switched out plugs, nothing. Fast forward while not getting to tinker with it for about 45 days and we move. Now I need the truck to finish moving and cant figure it out so i grab a used e4od and new TC. Mount it and nothing again. Forscan read and get a 0713 for the TFT. I pull the entire harness and go through every wire and find the issue, get it fixed. Get a new solenoid in, meter test the range sensor, everythings good. Start it up, nothing. Forscan shows it going through gears, shows the SS1 on, still absolutely nothing like it wasn't even on the truck. Forscan is throwing no codes, not KOEO, Not KOER, full system pass. Anybody got any ideas besides a 3rd TC, or a 3rd Solenoid Pack?
There is NOTHING electrical that can cause no gears. So don't replace the solenoids, don't check the TRS, and don't look at the wiring. They cannot cause this. It's something mechanical.
It could be low on trans fluid, the internal filter could have fallen out, the converter may not be properley engaged into the pump, the overdrive one way clutch is bad and/or installed backwards, if it's a 4x4 the transfer case could be in N, etc.

So I essentially I have no choice but to take it completely apart again huh? Filters and tcase are correct, fluid is all good.
