2011 F250 Seat Memory issues.
I have a 2011 F250 KR that Ive had for over a decade with no real issues. I've had the key and power seats and mirrors set for the same spot the whole time. Just the other day my seats no longer want to move forward when I put the key in the ignition. The seat back does move to the correct position. All the controls on the side of the seat work to include the switch that moves the seat forward. Now, if I put the key in and use the side switch to move the seat forward of the memory spot, then press either of the 1 or 2 memory switches, the seat will move to the rear to the appropriate memory saved position. It seems that any forward movement with regard to memory settings are not working. When I remove the key the seat moves to the rear like normal. Again, the seat functions fine with all movement when using the switches on the side of the seat. Any ideas on what could be the issue and/or how to fix it?

Oddly enough when your battery is getting weak, the first thing to complain is the DSM (Drivers Seat Module/memory seats) and it stops moving correctly for the easy entry/exit. I would start with load checking your batteries (each one individually and not connected to the truck).
