Vacuum lines replacement

In my 1989 F150 I have done a few repairs to the small plastic vacuum lines to get the heat/vent/defrost working in again, only to break later on somewhere else. I think it is time to replace them. I don't think those plastic lines are used these days and I think replacing with rubber ones is the way to go.
Any thoughts or advice on this?

I think silicone hose is better, probably 5/32 ID for some and 7/32 ID for other. Measure what you have for length needed. You could even get different colors to distinguish lines.

Here is a possible supplier, I was at one point going to go this route, but as of now, my Vacuum lines seem to be pretty stable.
