stutter during acceleration

stutter during acceleration
I have a miss or stutter not sure what to call it but you can see the boost pressure go to a negative number and back only does it with 3\4 throttle or more. i did also get screen shots of the numbers before during and after the stutter. only does it when accelerating

Finally a code showed up p0069 manifold absolute pressure - barometric pressure correlation
Barometric pressure stays at a constant 94.81 kpa and map moves between 93.5 and 94 kpa which makes the boost reading change. MAP sensor change is what im thinking. Does it matter the brand?
