Rear washer hose window fitting
Does anyone have a supplier or alternative for part number YC3Z17A612AA. This is the rear tailgate washer fluid fitting that goes through the rear window. My father has one that is broken i would like to replace. I can't find it anywhere. Says its a discontinued part.

I don't have a part # for you. But I've played this game before. I bought a pack of rubber grommets on eBay for a few bucks about 10 years ago. It was a variety size pack. Used them to fix this piece, and then later on wiring projects to protect wires passing through the firewall/bulkhead.
May not find an exact fit, but something close + silicone will work and still look good.

I would get some Rubber hose forget the plastic hose.
