I have washed out the reservoir with hot water. Filled it with hot water and siphoned it out. Bits of blue (ww fluid color) slime came out. I'm sure there is more in there and most probably plugging up the pump and or washer nozzles.
Anyone have advice/suggestions on how to clean out the system? Vinegar? Soap water?
I have not encountered that experience, but I have read that certain types of windshield washing fluid that contain silicone such as Rain-X (I think) have caused issues in the past.
I have fixed similar issues by disconnecting the hose at some point and blowing out the nozzles backwards with compressed air.
This would be the first thing I would try…at maybe 40psi.
There is either a restriction or reduced pump power. If blowing it out doesn’t work AND you can feel air coming sprayer I would check the voltage to the pump and replace the pump if the voltage checks out.
