For context. I replaced the stock CCV with the newer style OEM Ford CCV this past weekend. I do not see a bracket on the fuel line and don't see how it could reach if it did. And yes that rear bolt is a PITA. But once I got the right extension I was good.
Ah, then that newer CCV filter doesn't use that bolt hole previously used by the old CCV filter. Problem solved.
If you still have the old bolt from the former CCV filter, just put it back in and snug it down. Never know if the *next* FoMoCo CCV redesign will need it, LOL
