Ok so I have noticed this part is busted on our 1997 Ford Expedition but I tried finding a bolt for it and nothing is like it. I haven't looked on similar trucks yet. One problem though I can't find something when I don't know what it is. The bolt has that plastic cover on it but won't come off of the bolt. Is this some special bolt and what is it called? Am I just over looking something here? Here is a pic of it.

Like others have said, it's the stabilizer bar link and it's a very common part. That plastic bolt cover does not come with the new link, only the bolt, nut, washers, and bushings.
Buy the Moog kit and replace those crappy links with long bolts, sleeves and bushings. Way better design.
The moog part looks just like the part that was already on my truck, the only difference I see is that the washers are rounded not flat like the ones I put on. Mine were factor or at least look factor from the 98's I've seen around my area.
