So, my new trailer comes with Furrion cameras on the sides and the back. But, the 7" screen in the truck will not pair with them. The tech told me that newer trucks have voltage management and don't really supply full 12vdc to the trailer if the trailer has LED lights. BS?
Anyway, I ordered 7 pin adapter that fools the truck into supplying the full 12vdc.
Thought you had to have the furion moniter versus pairing with factory screen. I also thought you had to hardwire a ford camera to work with the factory screen. I'm going to shut up now and maybe learn something.

Yes, that's what I'm trying to do. The trailer came with Furrion rear and side cameras installed and the Furrion 7" display was in a drawer. I'm trying to get those paired but it seems there's some power issue through the 7 way for LED lit trailers.
I kept the Ford rear cam from my previous trailer and I'm going to mount it in the side of the bed looking down on my gooseneck ball to line up the trailer.
Probable know this already, but have the lights on? Cameras gets power from marker lights.
I have LED lights on my camper, and had no problem pairing camera

Yes the marker lights are on and there's a blue light on the rear cam.
