Tailgate Handle Camera??

Tailgate Handle Camera??
I bought a Tailgate Masters brand and am going to install it.
Everything seems straight forward except where to run the wires out of the tailgate.
Anyone have one?
Any ideas?

I would choose the left side, as that has a "socket" in most pickups.
mine is on top of the License Plate and the wire runs thru the tube frame bumper to the driver side frame, we zip tied it to the frame, and then up the firewall.
some go thru a hole in the floor, which in restrospect, I think would be better, if the body is raised up off the frame. ( but, the tailgate wire better have a connector to unplug. )

I know that Jeff has previously installed a home cooked tailgate handle camera, then went to a pre-assembled style.

I think I used an existing hole in the tailgate bottom to exit the harness for the camera. Here's the thread on this.
