Update,
Just came back from the dealer. Talk to service manger and Parts guy. They did verify that there is no jack!
They did 'find' one however, and gave it to me, but did not offer an explanation. It was a black, crank up, bottle type jack. Better than nothing I guess.
And YES, of course you guys are correct! It was supposed to be behind the Rear Passenger seat.
To answer you question around maintainance package.
I would talk to the dealership you are wanting to do the service at.
Some dealerships will go with only the prescribed intervals and you will "run out of services" if you want to do things more often and prescribed by Ford.
I am not sure any dealer is going to honor a "after break in period" oil change however.
The dealer I use allows every 5k miles, the oil to be changed even if its only at say 60% oil life.
Is it a Ford maintenance package through ESP or is it another extended warranty plan. If it's a Ford plan, the dealerships have to submit it as a warranty claim and warranty will reject it if the parts are replaced too early according to the maintenance schedule

Okay yeah yours didn't come with a jack for whatever reason, which is unfortunate. It should have been in the location you showed a picture of (just like @WE3ZS and @Texas78028 showed, depending on what your truck is (your sig says SRW so the black).
Ford hasn't been including the reducer for some time. I don't know if GM does but Ram does, or did as recently as '22. I have both of them from my last two Rams, and they fit great in my new F350.
I don't really bother with service plans (though the ESP is a good insurance policy to extend your warranty). My dealer offers a 'first oil change free' for vehicles purchased through them, and then they're actually reasonably priced after that. I would do it myself, but 1. I hate doing oil changes outdoors, truck is too tall for my current garage and 2. I have too many other projects going on to worry about spending a bit more for an oil change.
Had a reducer on my 2018. Dealer moved it over when he swapped plates to my 25, said Ford has not been supplying these for awhile, You can get after market, not expensive.
