In regard to my new 2025 350,
I just noticed that my truck does not have a jack or the metal chocks! The lug wrench and ext. rods are there, but that's it.
[behind the drivers rear seat there are spots for the jack and chocks. Holes but no hold down bolts]
,
I called the stealership and they are very confused over what I'm talking about. I'm going to try Ford Next.
The next thing I noticed is the hitch receiver reducer (2 1/2" > 2") with accompanying pin &clip.
Q; Did Ford cheap out on these, and not include them ?
And finally, I purchased the add on maintenance agreement. Does anyone have this? Is it only for 'Scheduled' maintenance?
I would like to get an oil change out change out of them after completing the break in period.

Regarding the 2.5"x2" reducer, my 2024 did not come with one. I also, do not see that it is Ford's responsibility for them to provide this. There is a Reese reducer I just purchased for $14.99.
My truck did not come with a jack, but do have the extensions for the spare tire. This one is a little surprising to me.
On my '24, the jack is behind the passenger rear seat, not the driver's-side seat. I would be surprised if Ford took that away, but maybe that's the way things are going.
It's true that a hitch reducer is not included. They're cheap though, if you need one. I use one for my bike rack, but for towing I ended up getting a 2.5" hitch.
It should be behind the passenger rear seat where they have been forever
On my '25, there is the inverter under pass. rear.
The drivers rear has a spot (hole cut in carpeting and square hole in the deck) for the jack and chocks!
I know they (Ford offers roadside assistants), But wat if one were dry camping with no cell reception?
It's just the point of not having the proper safety equipment when one is spending $85K
As for me, I try to leave nothing to chance, which is why I carry a 15t DC jack and a 18v impact
wtf. no jack ? kinda makes sense though i guess. the caliber of most people buying these trucks arent likely to ever do a tire change
don’t know what exactly that says about the ‘’ caliber ‘’ of people buying super duty trucks.
@op , hitch reducer has never been included on super duty as far as i know. My 21 did not come with one. They can be found at virtually any place that sells truck /trailer stuff for pretty cheap. Not a huge deal. Pretty sure i got mine from like Home Depot or something.. maybe autozone

My ‘24 F-450 has the 400 watt inverter under the passenger side rear seat bottom also with the spare tire lowering rods and associated tools under the drivers side rear seat bottom like what you are describing. But under the rear passenger side seat BACK there is a hydraulic bottle jack, not sure if that is a dually thing or not, is this spot also empty on your new ‘25?
Mine also did come with a 3” to 2.5” reducer sleeve with a J pin and safety clip, but no 2.5” to 2” reducer.

My 2023 also did not come with the reducer. From reading posts here regarding my model year it would appear that some did and some did not come with the hitch reducer. No big deal, as I've had several of these trucks and went with 2.5 inch ball mounts long ago.
