How to?

How do I keep my 2024 from defaulting to this screen every time I start my truck back up?

No, not everyone desires to use Car Play or Android Auto.

Mine usually starts on the last screen it was on. Probably once every 10 starts it defaults to that screen before CarPlay connects.

fixes it for me, cause I desire to use carplay and not look at those screens.

Agree with the above, it usually stays on the last screen it was on. FIL's '23 always goes back to the NAV screen when he starts it, then jumps over to CarPlay. Mine pops up the settings screen, but I don't think I've ever put it on a different screen because I use CarPlay.

I will.assume
before you shut down
You have nav or radio in the big area of screen
No aa or carplay
But when you restart it goes to the screen shown?
do you use the USB in the fwd cubby to charge or use your phone?
That can also cause odfities as sync or the phone try to reconnect or the like
If you have forscan
Change the display to the unreal engine layout
It takes all the icons off bottom of screen and moves them into boxes in the screen
You have a stray electron not playing well

Mine will start out on the last screen for a few seconds, then switch over to CarPlay. I don't use CarPlay, so I have to switch it back to audio/radio every single time.

Disabling Carplay on your phone or deleting the vehicle should prevent that behavior.
