V10 motorhome codes

Have a 2001 MH that trrough a rod and was replaced with a remanufactured one from AER Manufacturing in Carrollton, TX. It runs find for the first 700 miles but it started giving codes that did not seem correct (etc 6 out of the 10 cylinders not firing but was running good.) Each time it gives a different code. I am thinking it is something in the system that has a bad ground or connection is wrong. Problem is where I live every one just wants to start replacing parts which will be more than I want to pay. Any tips on how to check the computer systems?

The first thing I would do is run a ground wire from the engine block to the battery. After that ground the chassis and the body if the engine ground didn't fix it.
