Posting a link is simple.
Step 1 - Highlight the URL on the web page showing the content of interest and hit CTRL & C together (Copies the highlighted content to temp. memory.)
Step 2 - in the email or forum response click on the chain icon at the top of the response page, when the box opens up place you cursor on in the URL box and Hit CTRL & V ( Paste's the Content of Temp. Memory into the URL Box)
That's it. CTRL/C and CTRL/V (Copy and Paste) are used in Windows programs universally for moving content from one place to another.
