Get the shroud, I think you do not have one.
That is the issue.

ok there are 4 picture one is if my truck because it’s beautiful..lol..then on a serious note not is the picture of my skinny radiator then there is a picture of the truck that the fatter radiator came from and a picture of the fatter radiator itself.
i would like to reiterate, my truck does not over heat..it did it once going up the biggest mountains in the hottest heat while over loaded.
i also while I was at the junk yard grabbed a new fan clutch that looked almost new as mine seems tired and old.
my truck has done 200,000 kilometres or about 160,000 thousand miles.
i dod a compression test when I got it ..I can’t remember exactly but it was very good I remember that.
thanks for giving me your time here guys …I’m learning ..thanks
oh and the fatter radiator is in the back of my truck now, if you are looking the surroundings…

So for my 95 f150 Flareside Ext Cab. I put a crate 5.0 back in it and an aluminum racing radiator then my manual clutch fan and shroud. It stays cooler than the other side of the pillow 😬👍

If you want a bigger radiator go with a 90 f250 with a 460 radiator.

Huh?

There is either a 1 row or a 2 row radiator. If you got HD cooling in a F-150 with 302

you got the same size radiator that you would have in a F-250 with a 460.

They are the same radiators.
The 460 has the 2 core.
Any F150 with super cooling will have the 2 core.

I've got an enormous IDI radiator if you want to turn your engine into an air conditioner

Different front core support, will not work without extensive front end work.

I know, I was being sarcastic. I doubt you'd want a radiator that big on a small block anyways.
