I've had these polished stainless steel "SUPER DUTY" tailgate letters laying around the garage for a long time, and finally got them installed.
They came from Ford accessory parts, used points to pay for them.
Came with a nice bonus, three different size ziplock baggies that the letters came in, have to come in handy for something someday...
Very nice! I went the cheapo route, and the "chrome" ones that I installed were just thin silver colored vinyl stickers. Since installing them they've degraded (mostly from UV, I'm sure), and they're looking rather ratty.
I should've spent the money and bought what you have, for sure. Yours turned out great!

I was skeptical of them before ordering, I really only ordered them because I thought I was losing all my pass points, didn't understand that all I had to do was use any amount of my points and then wouldn't lose the rest.
These letters are manufactured by Putco, probably cheaper to buy from them than Ford.
They do go with the theme of my truck, silver and machined aluminum and chrome.
They just stick on with 3M mounting tape, hope they don't come loose anytime soon.
They look good. I’ve thought about doing the black letters.
I think if I were to do black, I would go with painting the letters rather than using something stick-on.
You could tape them off and paint it yourself without too much difficulty.
