i used this to build an 2006 7.3 XLT Premium with out BAP and tried to match it to a 2025 7.3 XLT Premium with the BAP and it was almost the same MSRP. There is your year to year price increase.
I tried to use that site as well to price out a 2026 7.3 XLT with XLT Premium Pkg but found that it was not adding things up correctly and charging me for options that were already part of the package. So I whipped up my own spreadsheet to do all the math and just used this site for the 2026 MSRP prices on the base vehicle and the options. That's probably the best it will be until Ford actually releases the 2026 configurator at ford.com.

Just went through a long exercise using the dealer's 2026 order guide (was forced to) in order to get a F550 DRW HO quote before being told that Granger does not offer them (period)) save for warranties priced out on their website...after your F550 Vin# is in hand.
Have been disappointed to not find a single F550 order guide on the net.
Does anyone ever look at/compare these trucks before simply settling for the F450 and cab-ons? Where's the guide?
This guy laid it out pretty well in terms of what is lost when settling for anything less from his own experience:
Surprised at little love/interest(?) in the new F550s and/or how the new order guide is affecting builds/orders.
Spent a few hours today re-checking my own build at the dealership before placing the order. Plenty to talk about yet obviously few here placing orders/interested.
One surprise was no option for upfitter switches in the cab.
I think that mine invoiced out at just under $88K. Pretty much tried to build it 'HD' for the most part while maxing out the Lariat trim as much as possible...which isn't much (lol).

upfitter switches are standard on the f550 lariat chassis cabs so it won’t show up as an option
If you build it on Fords website it will be under “overhead console with 6 upfitter switches “ and will be highlighted and say “Included”
Why on earth does Ford still treat the push button start like it's some crazy new luxury item that they're the only ones who offer it and therefore the price should reflect that?
There are base model cars that are less than half the price of a Super Duty that include it. Want it on a Super Duty? XLT with a $10,000 add on package. And that's if you want a SRW truck. After a dually? Lariat for you!

I don't think Ford is treating push button start as a luxury item but instead as a profit opportunity. Ford offers push button start as standard on their base model Escape.
Trucks cover a wide range of uses and buyer's needs. They have evolved from strictly work vehicles to luxury family haulers that do little if any work. Many still use them for work and do not want push button start or other fancy electronics. Ford offers base trucks with minimal features. If a buyer wants more, they can add them, and Ford makes a good profit.

I know it's purely a profit thing for them, but I still find it interesting that to get the option you're going to be spending considerably more than the other 2.
It also goes back to hating how Ford packages things. I have no interest in a STX package that forces black wheels and color matched painted bumpers if I want a 7.3.
Ordered a 2026 F450 King Ranch last week and was glad I waited for the door keypad to come back. I use it everyday in my Raptor as I hate carrying a phone keys etc. Was pleasantly suprised I am a job 1 build as well.
