Bushing Question
Hey all, Is a 61-5791-A Bushing the same as a 61-5791 Bushing? the width and ID are the same but I just want to make sure the OD is the same and they can both interchange

61-5791-A is the complete part number that is appropriate for your 53 F-350 rear shackle bushings. It is 3/4" ID, 7/8" OD and 1" long.
I understand your confusion as some vendors may use numbers like 61-5791 without the revision (third component) because sometimes the revision doesn't practically matter at all, but one must be careful because there are also times when the revision means everything. Then there are times when the actual complete Ford assigned part number doesn't actually have a revision component at all either.
