I have a 2022 F350 XLT Premium and I found this sitting on my front passenger floor mat just now. The wire ends are soldered to what seems like a tiny shard of glass. I had a new windshield installed a week ago and suspect it's garbage left behind, but now I'm curious... What is this for!?
That would probably be for a heating element like the rear window defroster. IIRC the lane positioning camera uses a heater element for the windshield. Yes it is trash.
