It looks like Tabco has the same door patch panels as I used.
I see they have a 9" and a 27" high skin or a full skin and the inner part too.
I and many others are vary happy with the patches and how they fit & thick the metal is.
I thought that was best way to fix my doors

Did the interior panel come with the drain holes, or did you have to make your own?
I wanted to see how bad the metal was around the door hinges on the grey door yesterday, but it got too late. The rust is swollen and flaking around the lower hinge. That may be the determining factor on that door.
I was busy trying to dress up the front bumper that the PO made. I’ve been holding off putting the springs and axle in until the bumper is painted. At 11-1/2 lbs. a foot, hopefully it weighs less than a plow? I didn’t get any pictures of the steel after I beveled it, before welding. Hopefully the paint won’t accentuate the imperfections. I’m not a welder by any means.
That's sad. I had a volvo station wagon sideswipe me about 10 years ago. I caved in his entire passenger side, broke all his 3 glass windows, basically destroyed the car. I had a minor scuff on the wheel arch flare on the front tire. None of his passenger doors would open. He was towed from the scene due to glass. The cop asked me if I was sure he hit me due to the complete lack of damage. I said I watched him swerve into me starting at the rear window and he hit the brakes and the rest of the car slid along side of me. He was passing me on the left and went to merge back over before he cleared me.
Insurance companies said it was a no fault, he said, she said.
Well, I haven’t done anything to the doors yet. I’ll probably buy a used passenger door and repair the red drivers door.
I have been making progress on the cab though. After stripping it down I found it needs a lot more work than I thought. I have my work cut out for me so to speak.
