This would work, but the bolts should then be glued in beforehand under load (so you would have to make sleeves) to ensure that the thread flanks of the stud and block thread are in contact and there is no loctide between the thread flanks.

That's not something I would recommend doing. They would be a B**** trying to remove if you had to, and if doing an on-cab removal, not something I'd like to deal with. A lighter-grade Loctite would be okay, but overall, a little forethought in dealing with the issue upon first tightening is all that is needed. We don't need to overreact.
