E40D shifting hard into third
I have a 1991 f250 2wd with a 351w and an e40d. I had the transmission rebuilt about 5000 miles ago when it went out. After about 2500 miles on the rebuild it started shifting extremely hard into 3rd. What would cause this? Could it be the computer?

Not sure. The guy that rebuilt it has my truck right now. He mentioned something about the computer but I don’t know how much he knows about my truck and the computers though.
