Cameras

New to this forum and hoping someone can help with a minor problem. I have a 2012 F-350 and have the backup camera in the tailgate handle as well as a bed camera. The camera has become "fuzzy" and cannot really see anything. I didn't even know I had a BED camera, but it just comes on sometimes. The VERY strange thing is, when I answer the phone through SINC (I think that's how they spell it) the backup camera comes on (yes driving down the road) and sometimes the bed camera comes on. Sometimes it goes off when the call is finished and sometimes it stays on until I put it in park again, but I have learned that I can push the RADIO button and it will go back to the regular screen.
First I would like to fix the "fuzzy" screen so I can see and then maybe I can figure out the rest later. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Someone more knowledgeable can chime in but I am pretty sure there was no bed camera option for this truck. So yours must be aftermarket, I'd think?

Most of these are connected with a plug-in adapter harness to the factory tailgate camera. If it's me, I'd just uninstall the bed camera, trace the wiring, and unplug the harness, and restore the original wiring.
Many don't know this, but in the center of the windshield and on either side of the front of the truck you will find three shiny objects that can be used to view the rear of the vehicle 🤣
