Hi I just went under my truck and noticed the bell house and cover I believe was cracked to **** as well as a very dented oil pan where would be the best place to get a replacement.
Fantastic, thanks for the help i know it was likely a simple question but appreciate the help as I'm just starting to learn all this! Where would be the best place to order a new one?

Unfortunately, you'll only find that cover on another truck. Likely with the same transmission. You won't be able to get one at your local auto parts store. You could check LMC Trucks.
agreed. i dont think they have been manufactured for around 20-25 years as the last of the 4 speed manual transmissions with detachable bell housing on diesel trucks was around 1987.
by 1988 ford switched to the 5 spred ZF manual trans with integral bellhousing.
the "crack" is supposed to be there. and the bent part is easily removed with a hammer and block of wood. i have straightened way worse pieces than that.
