Steering pump
I don't know about van PS pump removal. Is it so much different from the trucks? On the truck's I found its easier to loosen the adjuster bolt and mounting plate bolts, then remove the pivot bolt and spacer and tip the pump back on the adjuster bolt and retighten it to hold the pump tight. Remove the belts and the high pressure hose with a wrench. Remove the low pressure hose by removing the clamp. I find it easier to use a small open end wrench against the end of the low pressure hose and then pry against the wrench to push off the low pressure hose. Otherwise you can easily damage the hose end trying to pry it off with a screw driver. It's also a good idea to use a small lube pump to drain the fluid out of the pump before removing hoses to minimize fluid spills. Pump it into a clean container and reuse it if it's clean. Then remove the adjuster bolt
and remove the PS pump. Installation is the reverse. When the pump is installed and hoses reattached fill the pump with fluid. Prime the pump by spinning the pulley before the belts are on. Check the level, add fluid if needed, spin the pulley more, check...repeat till cold level is reached. Replace belts and tension them.
